Polyvinylidenefluoride (PVDF)

Description:

PVDF is a semi-crystalline fluoroplastic and belongs the thermoplastic materials. (PVDF is not injection-mouldable). It is characterised by a outstanding durability in a chemical and thermal respect. (no brittleness occurs in simmering helium at 269°C).The thermal toughness ranges from –260°C to 300°C. Any other customary plastic does not reach this wide range of usage-temperature.
